Boricua Psychologist and Coach
Hello! I am Dr. Lydiana Garcia, a licensed Boricua bilingual psychologist in Los Angeles, CA. I help creatives, seekers, healers, and changemakers heal from childhood traumas, CPTSD, and other collective and ancestral traumas; from a mind, body, spirit, and ancestral lens. Folks that have felt different or as if something is wrong about them for not following the status quo. Those that like to see other perspectives. Those that have a sense that there is something greater for them. Those that have been shamed and have internalized the feeling of not being good enough, or that there is something wrong with them. Folks that want a space that feels safe and brave enough to explore themselves, align with their calling, and heal.
I also conduct psychological assessments for immigration, and forensic.
